Dr. Jenny Shen is a leading American General Dental Practitioner and founder of the Beyond Dental & Health Group. Now known as Beyond International Inc.

Dr. Chen is a respected member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Western Los Angeles Dental Society.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree and a focus in Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Shen spent more than ten years of specialized practice in cosmetic dentistry before dedicating her time and energies to the study of vital tooth whitening technologies and advances in aesthetic dentistry.

In 2002, Dr. Shen began serving as an expert lecturer in Asia in the field of cosmetic dentistry. She has published a number of papers on the subject, most significantly on the superiority of light-accelerated whitening technologies when compared to traditional tray whitening.

Her contributions to the study of this field have led to the development of new technologies for light-accelerated whitening, in particular the decrease of total treatment times.

Advances in whitening gel formulations as a result of her research have also contributed to improved whitening results and reduced patient sensitivities.
