The site runs at ragingbullslots.com under the name Raging Bull Slots, and its terms and conditions, last updated on 27 October 2026, name Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804, as the owner. That company states it is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, with licence number ALSI-202409021-F12.
I could not find that number in a public register I was able to open. Casino.guru flags the same problem in its Raging Bull assessment, listing the brand as operating "with an unverifiable license" and giving it a Safety Index of 4.8 out of 10. Check the licence yourself before you send money.
